Holy sht, $MRVL is in the final stages of a deal to acquire $LITE. Attempting to vertically integrate the most supply constrained chokepoints… with lasers. Is very big brain if they pull it off and suddenly makes other laser players more strategically valuable. https://t.co/61vfIIsBRw
Has $ADYEN ever not puked on earnings? It feels like one of those $SNAP esque stocks that drops 10% every quarter, steadily climbs back as sentiment recovers just to puke 10% again.
Depends on the tenant, but I use a 10% cap (10x) for $CORZ's CoreWeave sites. I think the cap rate should be lower given CoreWeave funded the capex, and it sits in CORZ's facilities under CORZ's first lien, but appreciate the market won’t necessarily price at its real “fair value”
@KrisPatel99 I didn't expect it to be off 19% but the way $NOW runs their calls seems so desperately promotional to me.
$MRVL for $LITE absolutely meets the test mentioned below. https://t.co/53nmZnoYQ9
