@ragingbullcap $PBT interesting here to. Merging with royalty acres/surface interests owned by affiliate of the operator, converting to a C-Corp. Softvest is once again the architect as with $TPL https://t.co/acWX95uQQI

Fantastic $NRP update from John. Particularly appreciate his capital allocation framework and view on why paying out 100% of cash flow makes the most sense. https://t.co/6LngKKV9hC
@JohnHuber72 I believe $NRP's production jump in Appalachia was primary due to $ARLP's Tunnel Ridge mine, which should be a stable producer going forward.
@calleymeans @SecKennedy Looks like a tailwind for $UNFI
Funny to look back and see that my initial take on the $NLOP spinoff was negative. If anything, initial revulsion indicates that a spin might have a substantial edge - particularly if lots of stock is put in the hands of weak holders and forced sellers, as occurred with NLOP.
Distribution Solutions Group $DSGR to be taken private at $35/share. Nice pop from the initial $29.50 proposal 4 months ago. https://t.co/oDd6tveToR
@valuedontlie I don't own $WEN, but following
Wendy’s $WEN gets a favorable restaurant-level review in Lee, New Hampshire, citing food quality, clean premises and quick service.
@calleymeans @SecKennedy Seems like a tailwind for Lifeway $LWAY
@GardinerIsland $BSM has kinda muffled volatility relatively speaking if you don't mind a K-1, have a pretty good plan to grow production on their land next ~5 yrs (they own royalty interests), systematically hedge ~75% of production.
@orrdavid I don't own $WEN but I do see a powerful upside potential. Perhaps I am biased as it has been my favorite burger fast food restaurant for 35+ years (the only one my parents let us go to when I was a kid😂).
The funny part about the WSB action in $WEN is that they hit on a pretty compelling idea with a hugely skewed risk/reward. Thinking the bull case needs to be about "squeezing shorts" to "save Wendy's" or similar BS is absurd.
MHGU expects EBITDA gains from closing weak locations, breakfast opt-outs and $7.3 million of G&A cuts, contingent on improved Wendy’s management.
@waterboystocks DPZ looks interesting, but I have pizza covered with little Pizza Inn $RAVE. 100% franchised, zero debt, cash ~25% of market cap, potential for turnaround to transform into growth story next 1-2 years.
For those who like micro-caps, a great writeup on $RAVE (Pizza Inn) moving from a multi-year turnaround to growth https://t.co/bvr1F6GyVg
