Emerge Commerce ($ECOM.V) FINS Review
Emerge Commerce's $44 million COVID-era acquisitions produced losses and impairments, while modestly improved Q2 liquidity leaves its balance sheet and capital needs under scrutiny.

Assume you have seen it, but $MHGU CEO 5/19/26 presentation is solid. They will get a EBITDA boost from being allowed to close poor locations, breakfast opt-out, and $7.3M G&A cuts. If new WEN mgt does its job, MHGU could end up a rocket ship. Less liquid/risky/trades OTC, but I own a bit - potential upside dwarfs current share price, IMO.
$FGMC $3.5B mkt cap tiny home builder. $1M sales. -1,000% GMs. Incinerating cash. 83% SPAC redemption, only $14M in cash. Auditor: "substantial going concern doubts.” Modular homes industry littered with recent bankruptcies. Dubious leadership backgrounds.
$META probably can serve more tactical ads if you know exactly what each user is willing to put money on (aka is paying attention to) in the moment! https://t.co/9DnpLAIS4i
@waterboystocks DPZ looks interesting, but I have pizza covered with little Pizza Inn $RAVE. 100% franchised, zero debt, cash ~25% of market cap, potential for turnaround to transform into growth story next 1-2 years.
@Akston_Capital Putting aside what the shareholders, directors, activist ahareholders @HoldCoAM, his wife and anyone else, what does Chris Gorman, in his heart, want to accomplish at $KEY? Keep going as is? Acquire? Sell?
