@Denton234 I strongly believe that $NN will end up generating significant capital gains for shareholders, but I will feel better once we have the NPRM. I also have confidence in CEO and the Board. The ride might be bumpy, but the destination should be worth it in the end. Millionaire acres.
$NN The news that SpaceX is building out their terrestrial network is another great indication for the value of the NN low band spectrum. If and when we get good news on the tape for NN it will appear obvious in hindsight.

@amuuhasuo $NN Curious how you get to 4 billion valuation. We own almost 14 MHz. I believe Grain is closer to 2 per pop since it is currently 5x5. 14 MHz is 4.5 billion pops. Times 2 is 9 billion or 45 per share.
@amuuhasuo That is beyond not likely. The way they indicate no would be to do nothing. Let’s face it, SpaceX buying Grain is great comp for $NN. Some days are good for shareholders, some days aren’t. This was a fantastic news day for NN. Throw stones on a bad day, today isn’t that day.
@sScCrRaAbBLLeE Fantastic news for $NN. Wasn’t there somebody on X saying satellite companies would never buy low band. Comp is around $2 per pop. Our spectrum is also better.
So $NN, $VSAT and $ATEX are now all just inevitable takeouts, no?
@MPORielly @FierceNetwork_ 2/2) Elon knows that this is not enough. He wouldn't buy one shoe unless he thought the next shoe would soon be available. That is $NN. Just based on how much mkt cap $VZ and $T are down, they should want it too if only for defensive reasons.

$NN I understand we have strong support at key administrative levels but I believe they want to wait until after midterms. They don’t want any distractions before midterms. After midterms, full steam ahead.
$NN Given market trading, I assume NPRM won’t drop today. I think given the political nature of the opposition, Dec meeting post midterms looks most likely right now.
@darkstarsats fair point - the difference however is that my statement is provably correct (even you agree that low band makes mid worth more), & we know that FCC supports $NN b/c of the draft NPRM. ipso facto there is in fact a readthrough for $NN, despite your declaration otherwise.
@darkstarsats 7/x $NN) happy to have flaws in my logic exposed, but the real point is that the nuance is such that making declarative statements without working through the logic chain is IMHO not additive to the debate.
@darkstarsats 6/x $NN) thus, as you agreed, mid-band is more valuable if it has low-band to support it. Thus, the FCC is incentivized to support $NN, which we know they are doing b/c they issued a draft NPRM, which is admittedly stuck in OIRA review. For now.
@darkstarsats 5/x $NN) This is what customers actually care about. You can get around this by building more towers and hanging more radios and using midband for control, but that is less efficient and more expensive.
@darkstarsats 4/x $NN) Low band carries the control signal that a tells a phone what to do. When to transmit data. When to switch towers etc. B/c low band travels farther than mid band, low band is needed to stitch together the network and make sure calls are not dropped / garbled etc.
@darkstarsats 3/x $NN) so while you are calling $NN's 15 MHz of low a "small slice" in reality it is not much smaller than what $T bought, and it could be multiples of what they have AVAILABLE

To get max $$ from C Band FCC needs more low band. This is bc low band carries the control signal that tells a phone how to actually operate (when to burst packets & switch towers etc).
