Pulte must havee a Vestaboard with the live $FICO price
72% drawdown on $FICO https://t.co/PUmZEyBrqV
I think the $FICO bulls have finally suffered enough. We still don't need any more articles about how it's a great compounder, though. https://t.co/WScp286m47 https://t.co/FBul5wCehN
In your opinion Drew does part of the end buyer most still hold due to the years of data and hence better prepayment risk that a $FICO score allows for? In addition I haven’t looked to much but if it’s clear it’s a VS 740 and a FICO 740 won’t buyers still reflect that differential in price because they aren’t completely the same
So 25% of Anthropic’s revenue comes from 2 customers according to Reuters. One is probably $META based on recent reports (who probably pulls back the spending soon if Watermelon ends up being any good) Who’s the second?
@bull_moose26 @ConsensusGurus I'm saying to the GSEs, if there isn't differentiated pricing grid they don't need to use $FICO to sell $10m worth of loans to save say $300k due to pricing grids, its just parity now. No large incentive from that angle
