i wonder if this trades a bit in sympathy with $airs but since it has so much net cash probably not too much. https://t.co/h6wZM5anWc
well the $airs short is working. beware of position sizing, stock went up a lot before eventually crashing https://t.co/ynaUGBYnXV
Over the next three years $GPRE earnings are going to exceed its entire enterprise value.... That's insane and it isn't based on any temporary factor such as the Iran war. These are durable, sustainable earnings. How does the market possibly come to a $14 valuation on this? Insane.
man, ive avoided commenting on $asts for a long time because its awful watching everyone lose $ here (with rest of mkt). But this one is tough, it's a tough ride if they need to make rockets now. To be fair, i think this was always a route they could have taken but hard to see them being forced to take it
Cant even wrap my head around all the new risks this announcement brings. So much execution risk all because they can't play nice with Blue Origin and SpaceX. There is bigger negative than the dilution - but pointing out the obvious (dilution) because some people see the $B and buy off that even though that was not the correct thing to do.
$ASTS more dilution "Under the terms of the license agreement, AST SpaceMobile will pay approximately $800 million in upfront consideration, comprised of $400 million in cash and 10 to 14 million shares of Class A Common Stock"
