@voltino_cro I bought these 1-2 weeks ago when I saw the 15% bond yield and thought even when $VNO sold off to a decade low, it's bond yield was 9% and the stock was $12-13 A 15% yield is really troubling, bought some puts as a tail risk hedge

two names I like that benefit from a decline in 10-year: $MRP Millrose Properties - two angles here. First, its high dividend looks even better when the risk-free rate declines. Second, it finances land for homebuilders so has upside from any improvement in that sector. $RKT Rocket Companies - largest nonbank mortgage lender will be a survivor as competitors like UWM flounder I own both.
