I am short $INMD. The stock will go lower i think if the business continues to deteriorate. Unfortunately, the guidance changes and results have caused me to essentially lose a lot of trust in anything the management says. I have been following this company for years. Sparing you the details, my view is not that I think fair value is significantly lower, but rather that there is just very small chances it recovers its core business. I think the most likely case is that it languishes and underperforms the market over time. Short interest collapsed to low single digits after the deal was announced and it remained low even after the deal ended last week.

@darkstarsats fair point - the difference however is that my statement is provably correct (even you agree that low band makes mid worth more), & we know that FCC supports $NN b/c of the draft NPRM. ipso facto there is in fact a readthrough for $NN, despite your declaration otherwise.

@darkstarsats 4/x $NN) Low band carries the control signal that a tells a phone what to do. When to transmit data. When to switch towers etc. B/c low band travels farther than mid band, low band is needed to stitch together the network and make sure calls are not dropped / garbled etc.
