Saw a post that "non-AI" stocks have nearly -1 corr to the market. What are some examples of good companies getting left behind by capital flows? Maybe $OTIS at 15x '17 P/E with ~80% of EBIT coming from elevator maintenance? Any other good ones with a 10 year time horizon?
@JerryCap 1) ASML, Hyperscalers (GOOGL, AMZN?) 2) $FOUR, $GPN, $BKNG? 3) $CSU
Copart’s $1.9B Bet on ACV Auctions: a Deep Dive $CPRT $ACVA https://t.co/Z3ICni26v1
Copart $CPRT just acquired $ACVA for $1.9B. The filings came out on the 17th, and I've spent 12 hours a day analyzing everything since. I read so much my eye drops stopped cutting it, had to switch back to vitamin A for the dry eyes. As usual, the reality is way more complicated than anything I've seen on social media so far. I break it all down, and what it means for my Copart thesis. Have fun. (Link in bio/below.)
@Pau1R0b $RDDT will probably get more accounts + revenue from AI bots that act like human so I’d guess earnings beat. Changing public opinion with AI is really bad for democracy and long term platform health though.
