$ROL could have used an ATM at high valuations in a way that benefited *all* long-term holders. Instead, they used corporate funds/new capital to cash out insiders for $2.4 billion (between 2023, 2025 sales). Great business, but deserves a hefty governance discount. IMO the board isn't working for *all* shareholders.

I see this a lot in the investing business. For example, the young fiery aggressive fund managers of the 1990s, who called out dishonest bad management, are now behaving like the companies they used to vicisouly attack. Stuff like $GLRE or $HHH.
