@stone_maison_ @SowingAlphaSeed Bulls compare $SNAP to social media apps like $META, $RDDT, $PINS and others. However, those all have content as a significant part of the app, which Snap (in spite of their claims) doesn't. It's a simple difference but is the key to 5 years of underperformance.

Palm Valley Capital Fund bought even more of their largest position, Rayonier $RYN, during the quarter. The Fund estimated that the timberland REIT is trading at a meaningful discount to its estimated value, driven mainly by weak lumber prices. Shares continue to derate even as the company generates strong free cash flow. It now has a 5.6% dividend yield.

@SowingAlphaSeed That's part of it, but my $SNAP thesis has always been that bulls don't understand the product or user base. There's very little ability to monetise the core product (picture messaging) and their user base ages out and is saturated in developed markets. NA MAU is declining.
