@jukan05 Sounds like $PENG
Fundamental issue with $HHH is there is no return of capital to shareholders and no consistent base of earnings either. I strongly preferred the company as a real estate only situation. He massively overpaid for Vantage too. Will trade cheap to NAV until it’s truly shareholder friendly.

@odynamite @mirror_mystery I run a concentrated portfolio and believe I have higher return opportunities. I have owned $KSPI for a while. I may buy some in small positions to scratch an itch
@mirror_mystery $FICO $PDD $UBER $KNSL $BN $KSPI $CPRT $CSU.TO at low $2,000s because of anchoring bias. $FISV. I do not own many of these, just where I think there’s value based on research I have done.
Imminent spin-off activity coming: • $CTVA → $VYLR set for Oct 1 • $MOD → $THRM (RMT) set for Oct 1 Behind that we have: • $KBR investor day Nov '26 → spin early '27 • $FLEX investor day Nov '26 → spin early '27 • $GPC investor day Dec '26 → spin early '27
