$RENT is a timely example of point #3: Stock up 25% in the morning on a strong beat in 4Q, little analyst coverage. The stock now is down 15%, that is a 40% move. I shorted a bit more at some point today when it was still up 10% or so. The fundamentals, the quality of its revenue growth is worsening and outlook is bad. The company needs to spend a significant amount on inventory, a hidden cost not on the income statement but rather depreciates through COGS overtime instead and is not even visible in any given quarter as a large loss. If they don't replenish inventory, customer satisfaction will likely deteriorate. They are planning to spend less on inventory and yet they are still guiding to margin deterioration in 2026.

Evolution $EVO moves to add Playtech $PTEC as defendent in ongoing US defamation lawsuit. Evolution filed with the court accusing Playtech of orchestrating this smear campaign against Evolution in an effort to eliminate competition in the North American marketplace. Today’s filing also accuses Playtech of trade libel, fraud and racketeering, as well as withholding information about its conduct from shareholders despite Playtech CEO Mor Weizer’s active participation in the preparation and dissemination of the defamatory report.

@lindenstcapital $NN Shares were lower today on 1.7 million in volume. Investors were concerned that OIRA hasn't approved the NPRM as of today. Also, airline groups filed objection based upon interference. I still think we have a reasonable chance for tomorrow and if not, then April 28th.
