A concept I've thought about for awhile w/o making any real progress is running quant strategies with expert human judgements as an input. e.g. a human proclaims that $IGV will mostly trade on vibes for the next 2-3 years, so you start running a quant strategy on it that's purpose built for things that trade on vibes

Specs - we are coming to a tipping point one way or the other. Will it be a disaster despite 7k patents filed and $3.5B of sunk cost over a decade and some really cool cutting edge functionality?
