I think you raise all good points around the negatives. Many investors have been burned by the company over the years. But I’d say this is in part exactly way there is such a huge opportunity in the stock here. I think if you really dig in and understand the industry and $SPCB recent wins you come away seeing just how huge of a runway they have and they have already secured a large amount of future revenue with their wins this last year

A rhetorical thought experiment: Someone was all in $GME or $AMC stock on Jan 1st, 2021. They sold all of their stock right near the top. That's +1,600% for $GME and +2,500% for $AMC.
