My Q&A with @mascarosergi is finally ready. “For now, I’ll be calling these chats: Investor Notebook… Over the last few weeks, I’ve been doing a good deal of communicating with Sergi. So many of his X posts talk about stocks I own, like $OCC & $SCIA.” https://t.co/OMLyMQTtQc https://t.co/aEKRUefiVm
Sometimes a simple chart and pun captures the entire thesis. Just go with the $FLO and make bread. https://t.co/VyIYTaVRF1 https://t.co/lGn8FncexY
my mistake $ADBE has a Nov year end. so it's 12x nov 2027, 14x nov 2026.
I feel $GEO is a pretty decent short here. It's not cheap, and I might be politically biased, but I think it's hard to see Republicans getting many wins in the midterms, which the market will likely extrapolate to 2028.
I'll never understand going long $ADBE at 14x '27 when you can buy $CSU.TO at 15x '27. Maybe because it's Canadian listed.
Bought some $CVV <$5. Seems likely to be liquidated. $23.4m cash, $25 to $30m >100k SF building in NY, $3.5 million total liabilities (incl. high end of restr. charges), $1 to $2m wind down. ~$6-7 NAV on hard assets, could be more if they find a buyer for the whole enchilada. https://t.co/55FU3Goi0e
