I would look to raise minority equity for Spec's via a strategic partnership. Possibly with a frontier lab. FL's lack hardware. SNAP lacks an A.I. deal (Perplexity fell through). Get it done. Save $SNAP.

I think the market is correct to sell $DBGI (note: I have np rn). The same thing that will make it cash-flow positive will dilute the hell out of shareholders: it is paying license fees in shares. While the company has already delivered those shares, it has "make whole" obligations requiring DBGI to restore the consideration to fair value if (when) shares decline. Right now that liability exceeds its market capitalization, and it also has debt coming due.
