[WAY – Waystar] Healthcare is a very complicated invoice
Waystar sells revenue-cycle software for a US claims process where roughly 18% of submitted claims are initially denied and healthcare administration consumes 15% to 25% of spending.

@Nishtu Excellent point. I should have added this objection as another item which spooked investors. Overall, $NN has seen solid bipartisan report due to the strong need for alternative GPS. This is a national concern and non-partisan issue to most. People understand this is important.

$GPGI Stagnating credit card manufacturer (fka CompoSecure). Levered up 4x to acquire commodity plastic injection molding company Husky. Last month CEO departed, this week CEO and CFO of Husky left. Now rudderless with very ambitious guidance almost certain to get revised lower.
$ANDG. Resurrected Arthur Andersen of Enron fame. Provides small business valuation and tax services—being disintermediated by AI, highly competitive. Ironically reported a material weakness in internal controls. Aggressive growth and valuation. Multiple other red flags.
@cfrischer1 validation of what $NN CFO Tim Gray said at Seaport a few weeks back: https://t.co/OT4MFWbPxQ

Think signal value for $NN is very high here. Ajit Pai, Brendan Carr’s mentor at the FCC, is Pres and CEO of CTIA. Execs from $VZ and $T are chair and vice chair. Unlikely they put Mariam on the board unless $NN future is bright. 💯% Pai knows what is happening behind FCC doors. https://t.co/4Jtm3aiAf9
