Copart $CPRT just acquired $ACVA for $1.9B. The filings came out on the 17th, and I've spent 12 hours a day analyzing everything since. I read so much my eye drops stopped cutting it, had to switch back to vitamin A for the dry eyes. As usual, the reality is way more complicated than anything I've seen on social media so far. I break it all down, and what it means for my Copart thesis. Have fun. (Link in bio/below.)
Bernstein on CXMT: “We believe a new fab of max capacity at 100k wpm is being built in Shanghai now, & is due to begin production early next year. Fundamental issue with $HHH is there is no return of capital to shareholders and no consistent base of earnings either. I strongly preferred the company as a real estate only situation. He massively overpaid for Vantage too. Will trade cheap to NAV until it’s truly shareholder friendly.
An excellent and insightful report on $HHH. https://t.co/cvFpfHoAkP
