Got the $SITC dividend of $3 last night and used it to buy $ARI today which no longer trades as of 4pm today Sometimes you get to buy a luxury apartment tower in Downtown Brooklyn and get two hotels for free Managed to thread the needle Hope to get a hat trick in liquidations with $ELME $SITC and $ARI
You been long $PCT for some time. And communicating with he of the Pink Dildo Fund. I mean Mike must be very smart. He think that Dan Gibson is a genius - and that is his refutation of my PCT short. (My thesis is simple: Dan Gibson is an idiot. My thesis does not involve Mike Taylor.) https://t.co/kDkDVkfDSl
@Mike_Taylor1972 @LevelUp975 Yes Sir. $PCT is the flagship stock in your Pink Dildo Fund. 🍆
2 nice blowups of two of my largest shorts today. $NRDS down 30% and $BL down 20%. Closing half of my $BL as it's no longer silly, and it's a decent business. Am considering adding to $NRDS as this result confirms the bear thesis that they are having to pay more for traffic.
$NRDS slowly getting there https://t.co/JXVKBikSer
I can not stress enough how $NUAI is an absolute zero now. No chance they land hyperscalers partner on TX. They don’t have much cash either, they were hoping to issue equity at a much higher price.
Even with the nice move today, $SKIN still only trades for ~4.5x EV/EBITDA. To potentially regain inclusion in the Russell 2000 (it was recently deleted), I estimate that $SKIN would have to trade for around 5.5x EV/EBITDA, or roughly $23 per share. That doesn’t seem like a high bar for a stable, capital-light business that should start generating meaningful FCF while also benefiting from two new pending product upgrade cycles.
