One of the big knocks on the thesis is that $HD or $LOW would copy whatever they're doing. HD had the chance back in the mid-2000s when Howden Millwork was forced to retreat, but didn't. $FND also built a multi-billion enterprise under their noses. The key is to focus on a niche and then be really good at that niche, which I think HWDN can do.
Don't see on Bloomberg yet but looks like billionaire health care investor Jorey Chernett has taken his stake in $XGN over 10%. Love the name also. Not advice. https://t.co/L6u1mMsKJ8
Somebody is absolutely puking $CTOS here. Down 14% on no news today and 8% in the last hour. The cybersecurity breach is clearly a concern, but realistically I don't see it affecting long term earnings significantly. I'm steadily buying the dip. https://t.co/9suzzyV0WK
