Visteon $VC announced a $800m buyback (~27% of the market cap) through 2029. With sluggish growth in recent years but solid FCF, cash has been building, and VC has picked up the buying. Things might become interesting again operationally as well. VC is past its toughest 2026 comps and set to inflect on growth (solid wins across 2‑wheelers, commercial vehicles, Toyota, and Asian OEMs). This could mean a return to hsd% organic growth next year, with margins returning to 13%+. Roughly 6x EV/EBITDA.

$ESP - solid earnings. Numbers were record high, but main negative is book-to-bill sub 1. However, that's expected as funding will flow in '27. One interesting thing - they added language about positive revenue growth into '27. Normally they haven't provided any sort of guidance.
