I think that is part of the opportunity so many people see the decline in paying users and click run write off $BMBL. management claims this is controlled and part of a quality over quantity reset. I am inclined to believe them but the thesis doesn’t require it due to a margin of safety. Also ask yourself how much the stock would re rate if say renewed marketing spend, new user experience and a focus on quality grew paying subscribers one Q. To me it’s asymmetric

Was a good week for $MTW (cranes), up 10% this week. @mascarosergi recently pitched the stock in his written Q&A style Skull Sessions. Their increasing emphasis on service revenue is interesting, something a lot of construction type companies have been doing over the past few years. It’s the “magic formula” for construction companies, which can result in a huge expansion of historical valuation ratios. You’ve seen that in stocks like $STRL and $BDT.TO. The cool thing about this kind of set up is that a lot of investors won’t believe there will be a valuation re-rate in a cyclical industry, until it’s actually happened… then they’ll say it’s overvalued🤷 Watching closely. I’m always fascinated by the huge value in large caps and how to frame it. Buffett in $AAPL, $KO, $WFC historically. Terry Smith $DPZ. Ackman $CMG, $CP. $GOOG like a year and a half ago. Mohnish Pabrai called out $META a few years ago and it multi bagged. This is a useful example $MSFT in 2006.
