EVC's Q3 update cites $30 million for a single station, a broadcast-business sale and stronger positioning for 2027.

This is the main reason why we own 3 to 4 times as much of $CPT vs $MAA and $NXRT Blended leases up 1.0% in Q3 with new lease down 2% YOY vs new leases down 6% for MAA and down 4.5% for NXRT The renewal - new lease is too high for MAA for my liking. Much healthier for Camden Same store NOI -0.2% in Q3 vs -1.8% for MAA and -8.2% for NXRT (large chunky expenses that is not run rate for NXRT) @jayparsons
There is a reason $ANDE just paid 4.25x ethanol production for three ethanol plants. Based on that - $GPRE would be valued at least at $35 per share factoring in converts if not $40+. The market is completely missing this (and $ALTO)! An acquisition literally just validated this days ago.
$GPRE has generated ~$280M of EBITDA through the first 9 months of the year. Based on today's report, $GPRE enterprise value as of 9/30 was ~$1.3B which does not include the 45Z credits. If we include them... EV = $1.085B. Are you kidding me? How is this stock not $30+???
What is rest of $EVC television and radio business worth if they sold a single silly station in Tampa for $30 million? Looks like they are about to unload these assets. Boston, West coast and California radio stations have good value imo. https://t.co/gYwPCd8sMY
Well well well it looks like $EVC is not a dead and dying company now. Plus they sold a single station in Tampa for $30 million.
