An open letter to Senator Elizabeth Warren
NAIC oversight missed Delaware Life’s $13.34 billion affiliated-bond exposure and permits capital treatment that props up Brighthouse’s Delaware captive.

$ROL could have used an ATM at high valuations in a way that benefited *all* long-term holders. Instead, they used corporate funds/new capital to cash out insiders for $2.4 billion (between 2023, 2025 sales). Great business, but deserves a hefty governance discount. IMO the board isn't working for *all* shareholders.
*WESTINGHOUSE SAID TO SEEK OVER $50 BILLION VALUATION IN US IPO $CCJ owns 49% of Westinghouse. $BEP owns the rest Nuclear has totally fallen off the radar this year. Shitco’s like OKLO and SMR flew the theme too close to the sun and rightfully tanked. Maybe Westinghouse IPO brings the nuclear / uranium trade back

I see this a lot in the investing business. For example, the young fiery aggressive fund managers of the 1990s, who called out dishonest bad management, are now behaving like the companies they used to vicisouly attack. Stuff like $GLRE or $HHH.
@Mr_Derivatives Simple - $FNMA and $FMCC down 55%+ YTD
I continue to view $EVC as severely mispriced here. Market is completely missing the big picture. https://t.co/T1vGykkx1F
