While I joined the $GFF Board late in the strategic review process, I was pleased w/ the extent of it. There were many parties involved, unfortunately the timing of a transaction didn't work out right now due to unique circumstances & valuations that didn't appropriately reflect
the ongoing business strength. We still have many opportunities to unlock value & I will remain deeply engaged on the Board. We love the r/r of the stock here & believe the undervaluation will get rectified. In the meantime, $GFF will repurchase shares at very attractive levels.
Voss's Q3 letter is out. We take a look at some macro fears that failed to materialize this year, comment on historically cheap small cap valuations, and provide brief updates on our top 4 longs ( $GFF $IMXI $EXTR $BXC) and one new core idea ( $CROX). https://t.co/qG5Mo94ORB
Voss's Q1 Letter to Partners is out. We highlight a new core long: $WSM https://t.co/56IJVj56l3
