Man in just 48 hours we went from the $DRAM bulls tap-dancing and high fiving on the "incredible" $160B Q/Q (it is crazy) increase in supply and purchase agreements from $NVDA to: "The memory names have held up well on a relative basis the past two days".... Two golden rules apply here: 1) The market will pick the path of the most pain 2) Karma has everyone's address so please stop with your victory laps, lectures, and bear trouncing. This game is hard and unforgiving.

There’s some concern that $FSI recently filed shelf and ATM vehicle are going to be a precursor to dilution. Well, if you believe the verbiage on the Q2 Earnings Call, they’re not👇 “is intended to remain unused unless an unusually compelling acquisition appears, reducing one potential overhang.” The CEO was pretty adamant about this. My “Spidey radar senses” put that statement at about an 85% credibility reading. We have to remember that the company has an idle pharmacy packaging asset that needs some investment to bring it up to par. I believe they had bought the asset out of a distressed asset sale.
