Reviewing some expert transcripts. On $XGN this is worth flagging. The Rheumatologist being interviewed confirms the bull thesis. Says he uses AVISE (XGN) for his panels bc generic tests don't work well in autoimmune, and AVISE more accurate. Flat out says that the one autoimmune marker XGN doesn't offer is for Myositis, where he uses another lab. Guess what $XGN is offering in 2027?

@ShmuelLon I actually don't think $PFF is the best expression of this trade, I'm just using it here cause it's got a long track record. But I've been going through the securities in stuff like $PGC and $PGF and I think as a basket they're very attractive.

My largest short is $PFFD a preferred ETF, but I'm switching the exposure to $PGF. Even though it's 2% borrow vs 1% for PFFD, PFFD has 25% exposure to mandatory convertibles that essentially act as equity. Meanwhile PGF is full of low yield, perpetual, callable preferreds, which

@Goldridge_Cap $KWY Great questions. If they continue to have quarters like the most recent, they will deserve a 20x multiple. If they reinvest cash flows and can grow at 15-20% per year, a 20x multiple seems reasonable. That is why the next 4-6 quarters will be so valuable to review.
