A Busted Businesses or a Cyclical Bottom?
Two U.S. protein-snacking companies lost $6 billion in market value as impairments, inventory growth and margin pressure test whether the category has reached a cyclical bottom.

$NN I believe the Part 15 opposition is simply trying to get something for free. If they really wanted to secure this space they would just simply buy $ATEX for a 100% premium to their $1.5 billion market cap. Simple, problem solved! https://t.co/8EX6i7RhMc
$NN They won’t do that because they really don’t believe the problem exists. If they did, they could solve this problem in one phone call to the CEO of $ATEX. They will never make that phone call because deep down, they don’t believe in their own claims of interference.
$NN The main opposition at this point of the process is from Part 15 devices. They claim that the NN proposal will destroy the U.S. because of potential interference. Part 15 devices are too vital to America to allow NN to modernize the 900 MHz band.
$NN The opposition claims that the entire economy is reliant on Part 15 devices and that potential interference, which they have not proven at all, will bring down the GDP of the country. They believe we can’t let this happen.
$NN Giant important companies have joined in this chorus. If this were potentially true, what if a relatively simply, cheap, solution could be found to solve this problem. Would’t these big, giant companies try to control the entire economic production of Part 15 devices.
Is the price action in every other space related company today a cautionary tale for $SPCX as to what could happen with $MAGS and other tech leaders when #anthropic and #OpenAI go public later this year or does it simply reflect an uninspired pricing on $SPCX and a stock that might not be up in the absence of $GS support? $RKLB $LUNR $ASTS $PL $RDW
