ContextLogic will acquire specialty-solvent maker gChem for $850 million, funded by a $650 million rights offering and $250 million of debt, expanding Abrams Capital’s acquisition platform.

New $FTEK CEO is interesting to me, ex $CECO which has been a great company. What do you think? There has been a lot of kinda inexplicable decisions for years from mgmt (particularly massive SG&A costs) offsetting what should be strong gross margins. My read is he probably joined to pull some easy levers.
