@yummyCenturyEgg @MGardnerDA1235 @dylan55917 3/x) beyond the pros view, consider for RFID in Europe they get 6 mhz. Japan 6. China 5. Why does US need 28? why aren't the 11 mhz between $NN's proposed 5 up and 10 down enough? not to mention that NN has already demonstrated they don't interfere with part 15
@yummyCenturyEgg @MGardnerDA1235 @dylan55917 1/x ) $NN it is not me that says the spectrum is considered clean. it is industry pros with decades of experience across engineering and valuation that consider it clean. I am happy to change my mind if you feel your use of ChatGPT should be weighted more heavily than pros.
@yummyCenturyEgg @MGardnerDA1235 @dylan55917 thank you for the work you did on $NN. I can see why you reached the conclusion you did when only looking at the trees you wanted to see. However, industry pros will tell you that the forest is very different, and that this spectrum is likely to be quite valuable. We will see.
$QSG Announced the core business sold for only $2.5M. This was 100% of the company as recently as April. Now it's a fad toy company trading at 4-5x sales (FY2026 sales guide of $100M-$150M, +$500M mkt cap). Legacy VCs almost certainly going to unload now.
$RAVE “The ‘I ate at Pizza Inn’ restaurants experienced a 30.6% year over year sales lift and a 34.7% traffic lift for the final eight weeks of the fourth quarter… have completed eleven reimages and the reimage results continue to be very positive. We opened new…” 1/2
$QSG: Delayed filing. Mounting accounting issues. Failed ed biz buying a toy company (highly dilutive). US-based VC fund DCM owns 21% S/O. Will be hard to justify an investment in an ed company that devolved into a toy business to their LPs. Likely the next legacy holder to sell.
$QSG Failing Chinese online learning company made a “strategic pivot toward product-driven business” by acquiring a single product toy biz: 1) March acq 61% for $33M, 2) 3 weeks ago acq at 5x that prior valuation. Massively dilutive. Legacy VCs selling fast, report this week.
