Stilwell bought 42,700 $PFBX so Chevis bought….a thousand. That’s 41,700 more votes for the Stilwell candidate at next year’s annual meeting in addition to the 10,000 or so he’s bought since the cutoff to the last meeting. https://t.co/nSvCXJQt7W

I think the market is correct to sell $DBGI (note: I have np rn). The same thing that will make it cash-flow positive will dilute the hell out of shareholders: it is paying license fees in shares. While the company has already delivered those shares, it has "make whole" obligations requiring DBGI to restore the consideration to fair value if (when) shares decline. Right now that liability exceeds its market capitalization, and it also has debt coming due.

But the board is allowing him to do a creeping takeover, which is considered a breach of fiduciary duties, so they do have that going for them (yes, more sarcasm). From 3/18/2025 press release:

$QXO finally in my valuation zone, acquired shares this afternoon. Rates present a challenge, soft commodities surging and geopolitical could further stress inflation/yields but you usually do not get deal when everything is firing on all cylinders

@Zerosumgame33 Manav calling $CLMT $DAR $ADM $BG "peers" is crazy to me. Other than all touching ag, they are very different businesses with very different drivers.
