Dennis There is NOTHING here that was unexpected. The purpose of $MMTLP was to distribute shares in NBH. You got your shares in NBH. This was all predictable. There was however a mania where people believed (falsely) that buying shares in $MMTLP will make you rich because of the next short squeeze. It was always bullshit but the greed made people lose their judgement - and they lost their money. There is a classic Darwin award trope where someone blinded by excessive greed throws caution out the window and winds up dead. Told well it is funny. $MMTLP is exactly that trope. It is fantastically funny.

Oh, as for trying to recover your money in court. There is a Darwin award story about that. A chciken went down a well. Someone went down the well to try and rescue it. They drowned. Someone went down to try and recover the body. They drowned too. It is completely tragic when the sixth person drowns. But told well it can make a very funny story. Funding a court battle over $MMTLP is like being the third person to go down that well.

Because it is comedic and interesting. I can't do much about the British government over the last decade either. But I am allowed to comment on that. But that is just sad. $MMTLP is actually funny. Funny is a strange thing. Having gastro and going at both ends in a five star hotel in Indonesia is not funny. But being stuck with gastro in the tiny and stinking toilet on a long-distance Indonsian ferry is funny - when it happening to someone else. I regard $MMTLP investors as the financial equivalent of poor souls stuck with gastro in the stinking shit-box of an Indonesian ferry. It is *really* funny because it is happening to someone else. I reserve the right to laugh at other peoples misfortune when it is funny. That is what the Darwin awards are for. Think of $MMTLP victims as the financial equivalent of Darwin award recipients.
