Using the data
What you may do with what the API returns. The terms say it in full.
Who may use a plan
- Individual is for one person's own research and investing, including programs that person writes for their own use.
- Corporate is for one firm. Anyone at the firm may use it, and its results may be shared inside the firm, including through an internal tool or program its staff use. Work you do for a firm needs Corporate.
Can I show this in my app?
No, on either plan. Results don't leave your firm, in an app, a website, a newsletter or anything else. If you want to show them to others, write to feedback@bullpen.news.

Your own work
Your own analysis is yours. A note that names a company or links to the original story is fine. Our summaries, lists and results aren't passed on.
Keeping what you fetch
Your programs may keep what they fetch for your own use. Don't build a copy of the archive.
Libraries
You may publish a client library or wrapper for the API, as long as it carries no data and no key.
Credit and links
When you cite a result, link to its url: the original story, post, video or letter. The words belong to their publishers, X and YouTube.
Got it wrong?
