Rebound Capital's July 2026 watchlist puts AeroVironment and Coinbase under review after UnitedHealth rose more than 70% from its low.
PayPal faces a $60.50-per-share buyout offer from Stripe and Advent, with a rejection or counteroffer above $80 viewed as more likely.
Pretty violent breakdown in the $MTUM and $SPMO ETFs. As you would expect they are now memory heavy indices and won't see a reset of their holding for a while (3rd/4th week of september for both ETFs). Momentum is having a historical selloff which of course was preceded by an unprecedented run (100% outperformance for the $SPMO over the past 3-years relative to the $SPY - never happened before). The charts look awful and the 50-day moving average has been breached. Not good for momentum of the momentum....
Someone really going to need to explain how Stripe buying $PYPL is also bullish for $XYZ? Venmo now gets unlimited funding, a direct consumer facing application for the biggest player in payments, and the optionality of their checkout/pos business if they want to scale and invest aggressively their for that (like pushing their stable coin initiative that would be well received by retailers). Would think the correct framework for this deal is it is net negative the entire payment space as a new entrant has new pathways to compete and disrupt ($TOST, $STNE $FOUR etc included)
@VolteFaceInvest $CBL is even more egregious than $SPG. At least SPG has the best tier of malls.
@b20220803 @OddStats $soxl dropped 90% during the 2024-25 dip. This one will be worse.
@valuedontlie I don't own $WEN, but following
Just had lunch with my son at Wendy's $WEN in Lee, NH. He had the Baconator, I had the spicy chicken sandwich. Both of us thought it was pretty darn good. Ample amount of chicken, decent bun, reasonably spicy. We both liked the fries as well. Restaurant was clean, service was quick.
Forget AI. Big Pharma is telling us where the next mega theme is. As some have postulated, health care is undergoing extraordinary change. From GLP1s to Peptides to value based Oncology care ($TOI) and of course - the emerging frontier of Psychedelics. $STIM owns the clinical distribution infrastructure for this new space. And the current stock price embeds zero (or negative) equity value for their asset. h/t: @QTRResearch
I remember the days when these 4 stocks going up by this much meant the $SPY was +2% on the day (at least). Says a lot. https://t.co/aLdbQlfL7W

$STIM owns the largest Spravato clinic footprint in the country. FWIW. Greenbrook TMS— it operates ~95 company-run "Treatment Centers" across the US that administer both NeuroStar TMS and Spravato directly to patients, and it explicitly markets itself as the nation's leading provider of these treatments, with over 60,000 patients treated and 2 million+ treatments delivered. That's the closest thing to a "largest clinical distributor of Spravato" in the public markets
Evolution $EVO has agreed a GBP 4.75 million settlement with the UK Gambling Commission, concluding the licence review initiated in December 2024. The settlement primarily relates to the finding that Evolution game content was available via two operators on six websites. https://t.co/Q2pVlKKgjd
Rick Rubin interviews Angel Studio’s $ANGX founder Jeff Harmon. Angel has a fascinating crowd-sourced business model focused on creating family friendly content. I haven’t looked at the stock yet, but I’m rooting for their mission - there is a huge, wide open market! https://t.co/qUAfZit1fR
