Better re-framing of question. Why would someone be short $DRVN and long $VVV? Take 5 better franchisee economics...Trades at ~ 20 percent maintenance yield vs mid singles...Motivated Sponsor... It's not zero sum but....

@PrefShares They boy can work but $VVV is like a 4 pct FCF yield vs like 14 pct on $drvn… either both are wrong or $drvn is worth 3x as much… I also think the unit economics for franchisees are inferior at $VVV
Looks like Benchmark / StoneX agrees with our analysis. Not $VVV. Our SOTP on 2027 numbers gets us to nearly 40.00. Too cheap. $DRVN https://t.co/cA9wdjgNE1
$DRVN.. The Company is likely trading at 6x EBIT(DA) and ~14 pct FCF yield and ~20 pct on maintenance in 2027. 8 mm shares are short and the de facto float is 32 mm (backing out large long term owners).. Can basically buyback the entire float with one year of FCF. Not $VVV
$DRVN So, $VVV will generate $130 mm FCF on a 4.2bn cap in '27 and $DRVN will generate $285 mm FCF (our estimate) in 27 and is a 2.2bn cap. Please explain?
