$NN No matter how many times the opposition states there will be interference, the real world testing is not indicating any interference is happening. Squeaky wheels sometime get greased in DC. The opposition seems to be looking for some grease from their contrary stance.

$NN I have been approached by folks about last weeks Congressional hearing. I watched the entire hearing and spoke to well informed participants. The opinion is that the hearing went exactly as hoped. This was not a political debate in which a candidate tries to land a punch.
@darkstarsats @dylan_ascencios @dan_tmt and why would anyone have to retool antennas or receivers when almost all (but not all) Part 15 are center tuned to 915, which $NN doesn't want. Why are 10 Mhz around 915 not enough when EU and China do it with 5 or 6 MHz?

Do you have a view on why 907-918 MHz is not enough for Part 15 when Europe and China allocate ~half as much for similar devices and don't have any problems? @mil01425146 @darkstarsats Hudson and Guthrie have both been vocal supporters of the need for terrestrial backup to GPS/PNT. Hudson has even spoken at the same events that $NN CEO Sorond has spoken at. This is bullish.

@scottwilsonUSD $NN I think there will be a solution that works for all parties. The country needs our spectrum.
$NN At this point in the process, it doesn't really matter if the NPRM drops in June, July or August. The value of spectrum has dramatically changed over the last 12 months. Direct to device with satellite companies like SpaceX and Amazon have become critical buyers of spectrum.
$NN Waiting a few extra months to get the NPRM doesn't matter compared to the ultimate value of the spectrum. Plus the NN spectrum can/will be used for many additional vital issues like IOT, drones and other AI uses.
$NN Finally, check out the comments recently made by Anterix regarding how they are thinking about the value of their spectrum. The numbers are much higher than I had ever imagined. I am long a bit of $ATEX. NN spectrum is far more powerful than the low band spectrum held by ATEX

Every now and then I read write-ups where I agree on the thesis but think it would be insane to act on it. Like $ASTS 's recent short pitch on VIC. Sure execution is important, but 90% of the 'valuation' here is storytelling. So what if they'll miss a quarter or two. Look at the projections. The base for valuation here is not fundamentals, it's faith. Missing a few quarters is not going to break the thesis at all. That won't be enough to break believers' faith. Because that's what is needed to break such stories. Faith needs to be crushed. And that can take a long ass time. And what if in the meantime they'll beat a quarter?

@JoesAutopen yes - it is on Carr. The same Carr who has surely seen the real world testing that $NN has done, and still submitted a draft NPRM. Is it your belief that the real world data was negative, and Carr chose to purposefully put his head on the chopping block?

@DSacksCreative $NN The low band spectrum controlled by NN is quite valuable. $GSAT is a terrific comp. Sold for 11.6 billion. In many ways, our spectrum is extremely valuable and can carry more data and is more vital. Very desirable asset.
