@GoodHouseCap Maybe the bigger question is.... if PCI went bankrupt so suddenly.... what about the other competitors? Maybe $PBI doesn't need to acquire anyone. It's increasingly becoming a "K" business. Those with scale are killing it and those without are (or soon will be) bankrupt.
@GoodHouseCap Yes and will almost purely be incremental profit. $PBI has all the fixed costs and plenty of capacity - the incremental variable costs to take on the volume will be miniscule.
$PBI is wasting no time to step-in and help PCI pre-sort customers: https://t.co/AnKDdbma4a
A formal phase-two strategic review is now underway. Transaction comps imply 10–14x EBITDA versus $PBI’s much lower multiple. Greystone’s conservative value is in the mid-$20s versus ~$16.50, with a deal offering further upside.
9/ $PBI pitch by @GreystoneCap Pitney Bowes owns a sticky postage-meter installed base and the only national-scale US presort network. The market still treats it as a terminally declining mailing-equipment business.

If you ever owned recently acquired $CRAWA, you might also follow $PKOH (family ties). It’s is up 138% this year. Logistics and supply chain solutions is a great trend to follow. So many stocks have seen their valuation re-rate, in what’s typically been a low P/E industry https://t.co/6xaCGQf5nF
@Junior102515457 Not really. $PBI shifted the volume to an upgraded facility. PCI is abandoning the region.
Agreed, this was PCIs largest market.... this is an enormous win for $PBI ... I think PCI was might be the one's that were targeting Pitneys customers. Definitely didn't work out the way they thought it would. PBI should get a lot of customers back. PCI handles over a billion pieces nationally...
HUGE news for $PBI this morning...... major competitor PCI just filed a WARN notice. Permanent closure of facility in Florida. I suspect the Indiana, Texas, and Massachusetts sites are ... not for long. VERY bullish for PreSort operations... https://t.co/WBVUUQugne https://t.co/MXBts3BMEt
They told you $SERV would generate $60-$80m in revenue this year. It's easy to lie about the future. Now 2026 is here. Serve has its 2,000 robot fleet. Its numbers still suck. In Q2, Serve did $3.2m in revenue and generated over $64m in losses. And fleet utilization dropped quarter-over-quarter.

KSS appoints a COO -- dude is no slouch...West Point grad, Harvard MBA, Target, Ulta and Foot Locker logistics roles. Gotta wonder why he accepted the job at $KSS. Must be slim pickings out there. Better logistics won't solve KSS' problem -- that it's losing relevance with the consumer who is shifting to Off-Price retailers -- $TJX, $ROST, $BURL. I give KSS 18 months before it's gone.
