@Menckenist @rippercatcher Very interesting. What's the typical mix of a $WD loan? Is it moslty fixed rate with 5-7 year maturity? How much of it is the type that finance the S2 and Tide capital where deals were done at 3% cap with floating rate debt greatly appreciate this!
