If anyone likes playing busted biotechs I think $FULC is worth a look. Trading at -EV but with Tang upping stake and with very traditionally aligned insiders who tend to return capital and own a large amount of the name (incentivized). There has been - more than usual - a spate recent shells being used for reverse mergers.
