On Friday Datatrak $DTRK filed its unaudited annual report. If you want to see accounting butchery check out the financial statements (statement of cash flows in particular). Littered with inaccuracies. With it being unaudited the risk of fraud is extremely high. And then there is the massive dilution over the last few years. Disclosure: never heard of before Friday. 1/x
