This is 99% of SPAC targets. Think their company is gonna be the outlier, but they don’t understand how the market and finance world works, and never realize that they have no natural buyer.. no one cares about their product because they have no reason to care. Then they ultimately reverse split a few times and delist. I have talked to many targets over time and they are nearly always too stubborn and blinded. $BXBL

This most recent $FGMC merger $BXBL will go just like the last FGMC merger ($ICCT). $BXBL is a 0. It will prob squeeze a little today - don't bother on "that aged well" comments. Incentives are so misaligned that i actually think it will get some action early. But it's a 0 / garbage / grift
