MLP was sold despite substantial asset value, as delayed monetization, high realization costs and Steve Case’s margin loans weakened the thesis.
Is anyone looking at these busted digital treasury companies? A quick glance suggests a bunch of them are trading at 50%+ discounts to NAV with otherwise clean balance sheets. Will they all merge in stock for stock deals? Or convert into ETFs? $BRR $XXI $BMNR

@thewritser @CapitalShipyard At first glance that is the worst structured rights offering I have seen in quite awhile. Great for the group backstopping it. $MCDIF
APTL’s $25 million-EBITDA Alaska utility and telco support its low-$80 share price; its Westport subsea-cable landing site and 30% share-count reduction add optionality.
@BillAckman Literally every asset that’s managed by you including $HHH $PSHZF and now $PSUS has always traded at a discount. Why would this one be any different?
Really interesting how $GO had truly massive insider buying and the stock barely reacted, allowing the investor to accumulate a sizable position. This one has worked quite nicely. https://t.co/iXfU4SCmt5
PGNT shareholders rejected Sham Gad’s proposal to serve as both CEO and chairman, rebuking the board’s governance plan.
Wild to me that when $MAPS was trading 2x higher, it was a seemingly beloved consensus long on here, and now due to STRATEGIC delisting it's traded off massively, sits at net cash, all while generating $40 mm of EBITDA.

So PaperClip (expert: $PCPJ) issues an important press release but somehow it ends up under an incorrect ticker for China Dongsheng. Do they not realize they can correct these things? https://t.co/pULXthDnYq
ECIP recipient, Citizens Bancshares $CZBS announces $4 million repurchase program. About 5% of market cap. https://t.co/cXfWhyXnSF

Funny to look back and see that my initial take on the $NLOP spinoff was negative. If anything, initial revulsion indicates that a spin might have a substantial edge - particularly if lots of stock is put in the hands of weak holders and forced sellers, as occurred with NLOP.
The funny part about the WSB action in $WEN is that they hit on a pretty compelling idea with a hugely skewed risk/reward. Thinking the bull case needs to be about "squeezing shorts" to "save Wendy's" or similar BS is absurd.
MHGU expects EBITDA gains from closing weak locations, breakfast opt-outs and $7.3 million of G&A cuts, contingent on improved Wendy’s management.
@waterboystocks DPZ looks interesting, but I have pizza covered with little Pizza Inn $RAVE. 100% franchised, zero debt, cash ~25% of market cap, potential for turnaround to transform into growth story next 1-2 years.
For those who like micro-caps, a great writeup on $RAVE (Pizza Inn) moving from a multi-year turnaround to growth https://t.co/bvr1F6GyVg
Seems like $MLP may be selling its water assets to Maui for $30 million https://t.co/hFHq1VRZ20
Pershing Square trades near 50 times estimated earnings, with $21 billion of fee-paying AUM against a $13 billion equity value and potential post-lockup selling pressure.
$PSUS opening delayed until Ackman pulls his last few relationship cards. Going to be UGLY!
Seems like $PSUS and $PS going to trade worse than I expected. Looks like PSUS could open at a 20% discount to NAV and PS to trade below the $10 bn valuation from the latest 3rd party pre-IPO raise. https://t.co/Ix6uqF61LJ https://t.co/F5UNDNNVMb
@EricTheUmpire If you want exposure, buy $PSH.LN (or $PSHZF) which is trading at around 70% of NAV (implies $35/share for $PSUS). https://t.co/oSFLPLfnqr
