Not officially a liquidation, but getting close (I think). CVD Equipment $CVV agreed to sell its Stainless Design Concepts division for $16.9m, o/w $15m after taxes and fees. This will bring total net cash on the b/s at ~80% of the market cap. The company will continue to assess its portfolio.
