$MRNA news could be a huge breakthrough (probably will take years to know one way or the other), or it could be something not replicated in other trials. Either way the move is just enormous and the likelihood of a raise in the next few months is very high imo. Selling a few Jan27 220 calls, priced around 22.
The way mkt values $FIS vs $JKHY is as if it's $AAP vs. $ORLY / $AZO. Wait to see what happens when mkt realizes it's a StiCKY, mIsSiOn CriTiCaL sYStEm oF reCoRD cOmPounDiNG FCF/SHARE > 15%!!! #NEVERSELL
Hi please bring me all of your most bearish arguments on $MRNA and why this price is unsustainable, the final phase 3 data won't be that good, it won't work in other cancers, etc
Steadily down, then suddenly. H/T @forgebitz Semrush showed signficant decline for $RDDT citations last year, and now a sudden further plummet. Perhaps human shitposting and SEO AI slop fest isn’t indispensable data… https://t.co/aSIBSTBUfE https://t.co/z0EEAvAm7E
Reality check: Ph2 $MRNA lead with the data. Ph3, no actual data. They are just saying they hit their endpoints. Those being RFS, DFMS, OS. "We have not disclosed with Merk kind of where the goalpost is". This is not a "personalized cancer vaccine". $MRNA gave themselves an A on the test but we don't know how hard the test was. That's what this is.
@BillRoman15 Yes, I broadly agree. $ABG and $LAD went big on M&A, now switched to buybacks. $GPI was more flexible, now a pretty sizeable deal. $AN and $SAH both with failed used dealership investments. As for $AN, you mean buying CIG Financial to launch their own DFC initiative?
@BillRoman15 It looks rich vs. the stock today, but I think $GPI mngmt has done a great job clustering stores and balancing M&A with buybacks. Don't agree on empire building - they divested stores worth almost 400m in H1.
NEBIUS GROUP TO OFFER $4.5 BILLION OF CONVERTIBLE SENIOR NOTES Wow, that's a monster convert issuance. But when your stock is this volatile, that vol is an asset. $NBIS https://t.co/B3VKZw72rx
@B_Archibald I think that's a personal thing. I don't mind having 25-30% in a single sector, so I'm >20% in $GPI and $ABG currently. I find them easy to average down into given how resilient they are + few Q's around terminal value (imo), but again, miles vary (widely).
I'm fishing but also tend to be early! At 6x earnings for the best store footprint+brand mix, $GPI looks dirt cheap to me. As does $ABG after change of CEO and change in capital allocation. $PAG launching a take-private & $LAD & $ABG hitting buybacks suggest ok outlook. https://t.co/nKPTwKHuDY
Shelly Group $SLYG has entered into a pan-European partnership with ALSO, Europe’s largest technology provider that provides an extensive network of resellers, system integrators and professional installers. It also supports Shelly’s international scaling strategy. https://t.co/E4Gg0SWhIA
Anyone seen any transcripts from JPM Automotive? $GPI $ABG or other dealership notes?
@FriendlyCapMgmt Am short both. Though I feel like they were a bit more mainstream especially $EOSE. I'd put stuff like $ABXX, $MRDN, $FNGR into the bucket.
Shelly Group $SLYG major shareholder Svetlin Todorov has transferred nearly 1/4 of his shares (6.5% of Shelly) into a LLC he also owns. Maybe a preparation for a potential partial sale to Schneider Electric who would buy into Shelly as a strategic investor / partnership? https://t.co/YJfHzbSeeH
I forgot $ENVX existed. Hilarious, CEO is jumping ship. Wish I shorted more. I need to find more of these tier 2 meme stocks, I feel like they are way better shorts than your mainstream stuff. Scams that have weird niche followings but haven't hit the mainstream.
$EUR.ax $CRML merger recut in whoop. Still looks attractive here at a 17% spread with a clearly very motivated buyer and a reasonably short timeline. Easily hedgable with 10% borrow.
